"Shonda and Nancy run the best Insurance Agency I’ve ever come in contact with. I wish I had been using them much longer. I had a very bad experience with my last agency where I literally would be on hold for hours trying to get a hold of an agent plus their website was a mess with half of my policies not even listed on it. Shonda and Nancy had been referred to me so I contacted them and they were a complete breath of fresh air. They provide amazing one on one service whenever you call and their website is slick and cool and easy to navigate. The entire Nancy Callahan office consists of a team of pros who will not only provide outstanding service but give you great counsel on the level of your insurance needed (including if too low or too high)."

I have been a customer there for well over 25 years and have always received great counsel and support when I needed it. Today, for example, I dropped in unannounced and was greeted warmly by the staff, who asked after me and my family. I was soon in the office of Angela Stokey who then helped me navigate and plan my newest life changes and challenges. Leaving a little while later, I felt blessed to have accomplished so much so easily. Life goes by quickly and it’s a small back-of-the-mind palliative for its occasional anxieties to have the financial security of being insured. It is an added bonus to feel that the people to whom you entrust your money are friends and professionals."
